December 5, 2022 Special Meeting

The Lakota Planning and Zoning held a special meeting December 5^th, 2022, at the City Hall. President Bill Solberg called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. All Council Members were present, except member Dennis Mattern who was absent.  Member Josh Nelson and Mayor Brad Hooey were on speaker phone.

The council stood and conducted the pledge of allegiance.

President Solberg drew notice to the petition to vacate streets and alleys in the Osbourne addition from the petitioners James and Amie Vasichek.

No public input was provided.  Supt. Ulland stated he seen no issue with the petition.

Member Fahey made a motion to recommend approval of James & Amie Vasichek’s petition to vacate the streets and alleys in the Osbourne addition as specified in the petition, seconded by Member Ferguson.  All members voting in favor. Motion carried.

Member Fahey motion to adjourn, seconded by Member Ferguson.
