September 27, 2019 Special Meeting

The Lakota City Council held a special meeting on September 27^th, 2019, at the City Hall.  Mayor Russo called the meeting to order at 1:05 p.m. All Council Members were present, except for Members Vasichek, R. Mattern and Rainsberry who were absent.

Mayor Russo introduced the resolution authorizing an undertaking to the municipal water utility and authorizing the issuance of a $601,000 revenue bond to finance the undertaking.

Member D. Mattern made a motion to approve the Resolution authorizing an undertaking to the municipal water utility and authorizing the issuance of a $601,000 revenue bond to finance the undertaking, seconded by Member Solberg.  On a roll call vote, all members voting in favor.  Motion carried.

Member D. Mattern made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Member Hess.

Meeting adjourned at 1:06pm.
