LAKOTA VISITOR'S PROMOTION FUND, LAKOTA VISTOR'S PROMOTION CAPITAL CONSTRUCTION FUND, AND VISITOR'S COMMITTEE

ARTICLE I

26.0101 Establishment

1. Pursuant to Section 40-57.3-02, NDCC, there is hereby established the Lakota City Visitors Promotion Fund, the Lakota City Visitors Promotion Capital Construction Fund, and a Visitors Committee.
