Help us update our life support listing

Lakota Municipal Utilities is currently updating our life support listing in order to inform any person using a respirator, oxygen, home dialysis, bi-pap or c-pap machine with any power interruptions.  Lakota Municipal Utilities maintains a life support list for two reasons.  First, in a case of a planned outage where our crew will work on the electrical system, we will try to notify each customer on the list before any outage.  Secondly, during an unplanned outage, priority is given to restore power with such medical needs or we will try to give additional support.  If you haven’t recently notified the City Hall to be on this list, please call 701-247-2454.  Also, if you planning to move away or be gone for long duration, please also notify the City Hall of such changes, that way our support can be focused on the existing customers.  Thank you.
