Ordinances

An ordinance is a local law.  In order to enact an ordinance, the City Council must approve two readings of the ordinance with at least five days between the two readings.  The following ordinances are provided for informational purposes only.  The official ordinances are on file at the Lakota City Hall. Not all the ordinances are listed on the internet yet - please contact city hall with any questions or concerns about city policy.
